A fixed worldwide shipping fee is applied at checkout. However, for framed prints or locations with higher shipping rates, additional fees may apply. If that’s the case, we’ll contact you to discuss any extra costs.

If your order is damaged in transit, we’ll replace it. Please send photo evidence of both the damaged packaging and item to hello@gastonduflos.com within 24 hours of delivery.

We don’t accept returns for change-of-mind purchases, as each piece is custom made.
