HOW IT WORKS

  1. Place your order.
  2. Email 2-3 clear, well-lit photos of your pet's face to hello@gastonduflos.com, your background colour (see the colour chart in the photos), plus any extras you'd like (an outfit, an accessory).
  3. Within 2 weeks I'll send you a sketch to approve.
  4. Tell me what to change. One round of feedback is included in the price.
  5. I'll paint it and send it to you within 4 weeks of sketch approval.

Every portrait is made to order, so I can't offer change-of-mind refunds once I've started your sketch. If your painting arrives damaged or isn't as described, email me with photos and I'll make it right.
