How It Works:

  1. Reserve Your Spot: Purchase this product on this page.
  2. Send Your Photos: After purchase, you’ll receive an automatic email to upload your pet's photo(s) and share your vision for the perfect portrait.
  3. Review the Sketch: I’ll create a sketch of the portrait and send it to you for approval.
  4. Make Revisions: You’ll have one round to request small changes to the sketch.
  5. Receive Your Artwork: I’ll finish the painting and ship it to your address, ready to hang.

Once sketch is approved and payment is made, expect to receive your painting within roughly 2-4 weeks (International may differ). If you'd like to receive it sooner, please contact me.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping costs are not included in the artwork price and are calculated at checkout. Each piece is carefully packaged and includes transport insurance for safe delivery. Please note, all parcels require a signature upon delivery.

International Shipping

A fixed worldwide shipping fee is applied at checkout. However, for framed prints or locations with higher shipping rates, additional fees may apply. If that’s the case, we’ll contact you to discuss any extra costs.

Please note, international orders (outside Australia) may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the receiver.

Returns Policy

Once the artist has started working on the sketch, refunds cannot be issued.

If your order is damaged in transit, we’ll replace it. Please send photo evidence of both the damaged packaging and item to hello@gastonduflos.com within 24 hours of delivery.

We don’t accept returns for change-of-mind purchases, as each piece is custom made.

Who is Gasty?

Gaston Duflos, also known as Gasty, is a Sydney based artist and designer with a passion for bold, playful creations. He has worked with notable clients such as Essilor Luxottica, OPSM, Sunglass Hut, The Waverley Council, Paw4Friends and Laura Kincade Luxury.
